1. Deposits and Upfront Payments
All deposits or upfront payments made for website design services are non-refundable.
This is because:
We allocate time, resources, and planning from the moment a project is confirmed.
Deposits secure your spot in our schedule and compensate for initial consultation, planning, and design.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
The project has not started and no work (including strategy, design drafts, or code) has been delivered.
The refund request is made within 24hrs of initial payment and prior to any project activity.
3. No Refunds Will Be Provided If:
Work has commenced or been partially/fully delivered.
The project is delayed due to lack of communication or materials from the client.
The final deliverables were completed based on the approved scope and feedback rounds.
4. Revisions and Corrections
We offer no revisions. If you’re not satisfied within the agreed scope, we’ll make reasonable efforts to address concerns. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after deliverables are approved.
5. Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel the project:
You will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.
If the amount already paid exceeds the value of completed work, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without prior discussion or a valid reason is a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks and pursue legal action or debt recovery if necessary.

If cancellation occurs before any work has started, and within 3 business days of payment, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable deposit and administrative costs.

After Project Completion:

2. Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50% of the total project cost) is required to begin work. This covers project planning, initial design concepts, and scheduling. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance once the project has begun.

We will calculate and invoice any outstanding balance for work completed.
Project files or partially completed work will be provided upon request only after all outstanding balances are paid in full.
6. Project Inactivity
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 15 days without prior notice, the project may be considered canceled. In such cases:
All payments made are forfeited.
The project will be archived.
A restart fee may be required to resume work.
