1. Cancellation by the Client

Depending on the stage of the project:
Before Project Start:
If cancellation occurs before any work has started, and within 3 business days of payment, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable deposit and administrative costs.
After Work Has Started:
If work has already begun, you will be invoiced for all hours and work completed up to the cancellation date. Any payments already made will be applied toward this balance. No refunds will be issued for work completed.
After Project Completion:
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the final deliverables have been completed and delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50% of the total project cost) is required to begin work. This covers project planning, initial design concepts, and scheduling. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance once the project has begun.

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 15 days without prior notice, the project may be considered canceled. In such cases:

The project will be archived.
